This is the one! There aren't words to express how many and for how long I've been test driving task management tools for Mac OS X. This review was originally posted on VersionTracker. I lost all my data and even though I had a paid license, their tech support does not respond.
I sent e-mail to their technical support and never one response. I had spent over a year getting all them in place and they were valuable. Once that happened, I lost ALL my old tasks. I enjoyed this product until they did a force upgrade. So, I am back to being happy with this program again and would change this to a 4 star for the program but a 2 star for support as it took months to get this fixed. Updated on Dec 29, I finally heard back from them and they were able to fix the problem that day. But, currently, they are horrible for support and they deleted years worth of my work. In my case, I created separate "calendars" for each task list that are now viewable and sortable in iCal. It features tight integration with iCal and updates tasks on the fly. Use one app, or both with the included sync service to have everything you need at hand and in sync when you want it. With The Hit List, the interface simplicity belies the power within.
